Nathan contracted to Huon Contractors for the construction of a new cyclist bridge, upgrade to the existing bridge, retaining walls and traffic barriers. The scope of works included the supply of labour, plant and temporary formwork materials necessary for the formwork erection and concrete placement of abutments, headstocks, bridge deck, approach slabs, retaining walls and traffic barriers. Included in the scope was the coordination of landing the Super T precast deck units and the installation of the bridge bearings.
The client placed a high focus on work safety, construction quality and program performance.
